To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or Master's degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality or a related field, and 3-5 years of combined experience in software development, testing, and verification/validation.
- Experience with automation frameworks, scripting languages, and software configuration management tools.
- Strong programming skills in C/C#/Java, and proficiency in Agile SDLC projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organization.
This role offers a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
