Financial Operations Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional with strong expertise in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

  • Manage the end-to-end AP cycle, including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payments.
  • Handle AR activities, including billing, collections, and maintaining aging reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Respond to vendor and client inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to AP/AR as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in AP/AR processes, preferably in a BPO/KPO or corporate background.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
