About This Role

This role is designed for a highly skilled professional to lead product development and growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail assets, product management, and strategy. They should be able to analyze customer, competitor, and industry insights to define strategies for customer experience and portfolio growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new product opportunities to meet customer & market requirements.
  • Enhance revenue from business by looking for opportunities.
  • Improve processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer, competitor, and industry insights to define strategies for customer experience and portfolio growth.
  • Conceive and drive contests for sales incentives.
  • Evaluate compliance with internal policies & NBFC guidelines in product design.
  • Establish an effective product training mechanism for the sales team and channel partners.
  • Liaise with functions like Credit, Operations, IT, Compliance to develop and execute product launches.
  • Define, understand, and improve key funnels and metrics conversion.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent strategic, quantitative, analytical, data interpretation, and communication skills.
  • Organized, methodical, proactive planner, and efficient executor.
  • Understanding of Retail Assets Business.

Education and Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute.
  • 2-4 years of work experience.
  • Experience in Retail Assets – Product role (preferably in unsecured lending).
