Job Title: Service Strategy Consultant

This role involves working with clients to define and implement service strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Service Strategies – Develop and implement service strategies that align with client business objectives
  • Analyze Business Needs – Conduct analysis to identify areas for service improvement and develop recommendations
  • Implement Service Solutions – Work with IT teams to implement service solutions and ensure successful deployment
  • Lead RFP Responses – Contribute to responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and lead the development of winning proposals
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Service-Centric Functions – 10-15+ years' experience and expertise in service-centric functions, preferably in heavy equipment, aerospace, industrial, or automotive manufacturing
  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent communication and presentation skills required for effective collaboration with internal and customer teams
  • Business Process Modeling – Strong understanding of business process modeling and ability to develop business requirements
  • Domain Expertise – Expertise in servitization, field service management, scheduling, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, contracts, service BOM, service analytics, depot repair, warranty, service / aftermarket parts, IOT, and service system integration
