Job Title: Highly Skilled Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with expertise in Primavera P6 and Unifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, including Primavera P6 Professional Team Member and P6 Analytics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Primavera P6 and Unifier projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, templates, and global codes.
  • Configure resource codes, calendars, EPS OBS hierarchies, cost codes, users, user roles, project, and global privileges for optimal performance.
  • Manage different views for users and create portfolios for managers and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication.
  • Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and update actuals, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring the status periodically to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage cost management, Earned Value Management (EVM), contract, cash flow, drawing, inspection, quality, risk, claim, payment, application, user administrator management, and modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, business blueprint meeting, UAT meeting, and training on implemented Primavera P6 EPPM modules.
  • Prepare requirement gathering documents, BBP documents, test scripts, UAT, and training documents.
  • Develop and implement complex SQL queries to extract valuable insights from data.
  • Work with teams to design and test enhancements to Primavera P6 and Unifier primarily in developing additional User Defined Reports (UDR) and custom reports with Business Intelligence Publisher.
  • Manage general change management and supply chain processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Prepare Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project schedules.
  • Have knowledge of P6 mobility.
Requirements:
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to configure resource codes, calendars, EPS OBS hierarchies, cost codes, users, user roles, project, and global privileges.
  • Proficient in creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and updating actuals, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring the status.
  • Knowledge of cost management, EVM, contract, cash flow, drawing, inspection, quality, risk, claim, payment, application, user administrator management, and modules.
  • Ability to conduct requirement gathering, business blueprint meeting, UAT meeting, and training on implemented Primavera P6 EPPM modules.
