Are you an experienced engineer looking to lead the design, planning and construction of marine infrastructure including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls and docks for major port projects? We are seeking a talented Marine Structure Expert with a B.E. in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures. This role requires a deep understanding of marine structures from seawalls to coastal engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Construction of Marine Structures: Oversee the design, planning and execution of marine infrastructure projects including the development of detailed designs, specifications and cost estimates.
  • Coastal Engineering Expertise: Provide expert advice on coastal and marine engineering to optimize the performance, stability and sustainability of port infrastructure in challenging coastal environments.
  • Structural & Geotechnical Analysis: Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments to ensure the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction works, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
  • Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that construction processes meet industry best practices and regulatory requirements, minimizing impacts on the coastal ecosystem.
  • Construction Supervision: Provide on-site guidance, troubleshooting and decision-making during the construction phase, ensuring quality and timely delivery of marine structures.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marine structures design, construction and project execution.
  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction, working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls and other port infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software (e.g., MIKE21, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro etc.) for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling and sediment transport.
  • Experience with risk management and ability to develop cost-effective and durable solutions for marine infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
