Senior SAP Security Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Security professional to join our team. As a Senior SAP Security Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across various SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SAP security strategies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Configure and maintain SAP security settings, including role-based access control and position-based access control models.
  • Manage user provisioning, access requests, and license assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including security guides, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture.
  • Expertise in segregation of duties (SoD) risk identification and remediation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC, and IDM.
  • Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and related SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP Business Technology Platform).
  • SAP security certifications (highly regarded).
