Job Title:

Senior Integration Specialist


Seeking an experienced Senior Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and SaaS Master Data Management (MDM).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing, configuring, and troubleshooting MDM data models, reference codelists, and integration jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ingress and egress jobs for file-based, FTP/SFTP, APIs, real-time, and batch integrations
  • Build and maintain reference codelists and support their integration with customer and supplier 360 solutions
  • Implement, configure, and troubleshoot CDI and CAI workflows to support MDM solutions
  • Develop CAI processes and workflows for system integration and orchestration
  • Configure and support MDM data models, hierarchies, and business entities within the Informatica platform
  • Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth defect resolution and timely delivery
  • Work on code promotions, environment migrations, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, data load issues, and performance problems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience working with Informatica tools (IDMC, CDI, CAI, C360, S360, Reference360)
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting ingress/egress jobs (FTP/SFTP, APIs, file transfers, batch, and real-time)
  • Proficiency in building CAI processes, CDI mappings, and workflows
  • Experience configuring reference codelists and integrating with C360/S360 entities
  • Knowledge of data modeling, match/merge rules, and business entity updates in IDMC MDM
  • Experience in code promotions and CI/CD pipeline management
  • Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, and production deployments

  • Experience with open APIs and external system integrations
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
