Global health is a rapidly evolving field, and as a Technical Writer Trainee you will play a vital role in shaping the narrative of affordable, innovative medicines and health products for millions worldwide.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS office tools and document management systems, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Pharmacy. This individual will be responsible for creating and/or making formatting changes and edits to draft documents based on supporting documentation from various business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality draft documents that meet compliance standards
  • Migrate content into new templates efficiently
  • Manage workload effectively, completing assigned tasks within established cycle time commitments
  • Execute and cancel documents accurately in Content Server
  • Develop and peer review Change Control Records
  • Draft and review technical documents for compliance with current SODs and GMPs
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
