Job Title:

Infrastructure Lead and Engineering Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to lead technical discussions, coach and mentor team members, and provide consultancy services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DevOps and pipeline using GitHub Actions, as well as sound knowledge of file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.

  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level, OS & DB maintenance activities, certificate management, and on-call support for priority issues.
  • Perform disaster recovery, understand vulnerabilities, and know audit requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong expertise in AWS Cloud, MFT tools, and GoAnywhere.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and pipeline using GitHub Actions.
  • Good understanding of file transfer protocols and end-to-end transfer architecture.
  • Sound knowledge of security guidelines and vulnerability fixes.
