Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quoting Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.

The role also involves maintaining records of quotations, following up with clients, and updating the status of quotes in the system.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic components and related technical specifications
  • Experience with SAP / ERP is an advantage
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
