Senior Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional to oversee and coordinate electrical maintenance activities in a plant setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of electrical systems, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs and coordinates all electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safe practices and efficient work processes.
- Develops and implements detailed maintenance procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitors equipment condition and maintenance costs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Liaises with other departments to coordinate work activities and plan shutdowns, ensuring seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical, Instrumentation degree.
- 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance department.
