Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems, encompassing machinery and equipment.
- Employ troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving methodologies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Make modifications to Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing settings.
- A solid understanding of machine shop operations, including machining processes and tool management.
- Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, electrical drives, AC/DC drives, PLC, electrical furnace, compressor, servo motors, power circuits, assembly machines, I/O devices, and instrumentation.
A strong emphasis on troubleshooting and problem-solving is essential, along with the ability to work independently. Experience with Mitsubishi PLC systems is advantageous.
