Customer Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns through various communication channels.
  • Maintain knowledge of our products, policies, and processes to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Assist customers with order management, gathering feedback, and reporting common issues to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in speaking with customers and resolving concerns with a good understanding of the product.
  • Proficiency in working with tools like Excel or similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organization skills.
