Job Title: Data Analytics and Market Research Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics and Market Research Lead to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall analytics and market research strategy aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall analytics and market research strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of analysts and market researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize a disciplined project management approach to scope, plan, and execute key projects, resulting in high-quality results-oriented outcomes.
  • Define and drive consistency in reporting across all business units to measure performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate/present the implications of analyses and the plan to senior leaders to answer business-critical questions.
Advanced Analytics:
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including GenAI, to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support decision-making in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with the business/functional users across multiple countries to understand, address, and present solutions to meet business priorities.
Market Research:
  • Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive market research studies to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze and interpret market research data to provide actionable recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Data Management:
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used for analytics and market research purposes.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data integration across various sources.
  • Lead initiatives to incorporate GenAI technologies into analytics and market research processes, exploring new use cases and applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in GenAI and evaluate their potential impact on the pharmaceutical industry.
Reporting and Communication:
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of analytics and market research insights into business strategies.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, marketing, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience working in a fast-paced and complex business setting, minimum 5 years in the pharma/healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including experience with GenAI technologies.
  • Strong technical background; exposure to visual analytics (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), advanced analytics applications (R, SAS, Python, etc.), relevant GenAI platforms, and data mining/ML.
