Job Summary:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in converting prospective students into confirmed admission and driving the success of our institution. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain target metrics by effectively communicating with students and parents to understand their requirements and improve student satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the team to develop and implement strategies for upcoming programs, admission tests, and offers.
  • Support parents throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete required documents.
  • Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Ensure all ERP entries are completed at the end of each day and regular communication is maintained with absent students.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience working as an Ed-Tech Counsellor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
