About Our Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to lead the launch of a new self-serve platform for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development of this new product and supporting its continued growth due to an increased demand from our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in front-end development using REACT, Node JS, and Javascript. They will build well-designed, high-performance, and effective front-end web applications that support complex business rules/flows.

We are looking for someone who can establish best practices for web development, drive the team and codebase to a higher level, and contribute to Application Solution Design. The candidate will work with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members to influence the application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.

Key responsibilities include developing UI/UX wireframes using tools such as Figma, applying user experience methodology and best practices to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging user-centered design, and pioneering new frontend initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, experience leading POC's and demonstrating speed to market, and be passionate about helping others.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Agile development environment.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools.
  • Designing web and mobile applications.
  • Developing wireframes as per UI/UX principles.
  • Understanding development in REACT, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with AWS EC2, S3, Lambda.
  • IT Implementation and project management experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Figma and similar software.
  • Experience in persona development, information architecture, wireframe, and prototyping.
