Senior Frontend Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Lead with in-depth expertise in Angular and React. This is a key role for our team, responsible for leading the development of highly responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•Architecture and Development: Design frontend architecture and develop scalable web applications using Angular and React.

•Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.

•Best Practices: Drive best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.

•State Management: Oversee state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.

•Pipeline and Deployment: Ensure frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.

•Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.

•Staying Current: Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.

•Design Standards and Coding Practices: Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.

Requirements:

•Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

•Experience: 2+ years of frontend development experience.

•Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.

•Skills: Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

•State Management: Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).

•Backend Integration: Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.

•Build Tools: Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).

•Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have:

•Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).

•Analytics and User Behavior: Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

•Backend Technologies: Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
