Job Title: Technical Frontend Support Lead

Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Frontend Support Lead who will be responsible for managing frontend-related support tickets, providing technical expertise in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress issues, and leading a team of frontend support executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: This role involves understanding, analyzing, and prioritizing frontend-related support tickets. You will distribute tasks to team members based on their skillset and the urgency of the task.
  • Technical Expertise: As a Technical Frontend Support Lead, you will provide hands-on support for HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress issues. You will troubleshoot and debug frontend problems efficiently using your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor a small team of frontend support executives, monitoring their progress and providing performance feedback. Your strong leadership skills will help motivate and guide your team to achieve their goals.
  • Client Communication: Effective communication with clients is crucial in this role. You will communicate clearly and concisely with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on their support requests.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery programming languages.
  • Expertise in WordPress (themes & plugins).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in support or ticket-based environments.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho.
