Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

  • Leadership & Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams to drive business growth through effective financial leadership.
  • Financial Decision Making: Make informed pricing decisions for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguarding.
  • P&L Ownership: Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Profitability Analysis: Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses, recommending actions to improve margins and cash flow.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders, supporting strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Repository Management: Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets, tracking win–loss ratios and maintaining financial models for decision support.
  • Expense Control: Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Market Analysis: Track market and competitor movements in EMEA, highlighting financial levers to strengthen positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide finance analysts, building capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualified CA is mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
