Job Opportunity

Oracle Database Administrator/Architect
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases on various operating systems.
  • Maintain database health and ensure its availability.
  • Upgrade and patch Oracle databases in Windows and Non-Windows servers.
  • Implement TDE, Data Redaction, Channel Encryption, Integrity Checksum, DB Vaulting, and Key Store Management.
  • Design and develop databases with a strong understanding of database concepts.
  • Handle architectural and design considerations such as performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Configure High Availability architecture using Oracle DataGuard/FSFO, Load Balancer / Net Scaler configurations, and Application Continuity.
  • Manage data replication using Oracle Golden Gate and/or SharePlex.
Technical Requirements:
  • Azure Cloud Infrastructure experience.
  • End-to-end database migration from On-Prem to Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience in implementing multi-tenant architectures.
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, Data Guard, and Real Application Cluster (RAC) experience.
  • Installation, cloning, maintenance/support of production and development environments.
Bonus Skills:
  • Linux/Unix Internals.
  • Systems/Application Design & Architecture.
  • Cloud APIs.
  • Automation/scripting using Shell/Python/Go.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator/Architect who will be responsible for the installation, administration, configuration, hardening, and troubleshooting of Oracle databases. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database concepts, troubleshooting skills, and root cause analysis. Experience in handling architectural and design considerations such as performance, scalability, and availability is also required.
