Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing PDF automation scripts to extract structured data from large files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Python scripts to automate data extraction from PDFs and Excel files.
  • Ensure seamless data transfer between systems, applying formatting and logic as per project needs.
  • Develop and maintain data deduplication scripts using Python, MySQL, and Excel.
  • Perform data grouping and classification tasks, particularly on platforms other than iConect.
  • Manage data consolidation and normalization in Excel, conducting all standard data integrity checks in line with project specifications.
  • Automate daily task reports using Python to provide insights on resource allocation and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a legal support, data processing, or technical project role.
  • Proficiency in Python, MySQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with OCR tools, SharePoint, and automation scripts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
