Optimize HR and payroll processes using cutting-edge solutions.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to configure, implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, as well as strong understanding of payroll processes, schemas, PCRs and reporting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business needs.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP and third-party systems.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi or other middleware.
