SAP Payroll Specialist

As a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and work on complex projects. Our team provides enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, process optimization, and managed services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- SAP Payroll Configuration: Configure and support SAP Payroll (PY) including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
- Payroll Process Management: Manage end-to-end payroll processes including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
- Integration and Interface Development: Integrate payroll with SAP FI, SAP Time Management, and third-party tools.
- Off-Cycle Payroll and Compliance: Handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads while ensuring compliance with country-specific statutory regulations.
- SAP HCM Payroll Expertise: 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.
- Agricultural Knowledge: Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models is beneficial.
