About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Research Associate to support teaching, research, and practical training in various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Prepare, set up, and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials for experiments and projects.
  • Support Services: Assist faculty and students during laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and projects, ensuring proper use of equipment and resources.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement laboratory safety protocols and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records of inventory and experiments.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for departmental research projects and student dissertations, including procurement of laboratory supplies and liaison with vendors/service providers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. They will also be familiar with laboratory safety procedures and regulations.
