Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled procurement specialist to manage the acquisition and maintenance of aircraft materials, ensuring timely availability and compliance with regulatory standards.

This role supports operational efficiency, safety, and reliability while building strong supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement across procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and procuring aircraft spares, tools, consumables, and technical equipment at optimal cost and quality.
  2. Managing vendor relationships, contracts, warranties, and insurance claims to ensure compliance and operational continuity.
  3. Handling inspection, acceptance, and storage of incoming parts and consumables in line with regulatory standards.
  4. Monitoring procurement KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, vendor performance, inventory turnover, and cost savings.
  5. Supporting disposal of obsolete/unserviceable parts, ensuring compliance with environmental and industry regulations.
  6. Overseeing invoice clearance, backlog resolution, and dispute management with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  7. Analyzing supply chain data and recommending process/system enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Developing, coaching, and managing team performance to ensure high levels of delivery and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and material management practices.
  • Technical understanding of aircraft spares, tools, and consumables desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver under deadlines.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred for senior roles).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience for Associate roles.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain for Manager/Senior Manager roles.
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, or engineering industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, and regulatory compliance desirable.
