Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle chat and email interactions with clients in Spanish/Italian (Non-voice process).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, as well as good communication skills in Spanish/Italian (B1 level).

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling chats and emails with clients in Spanish/Italian
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working in a rotational shift schedule
  • Being based in Bangalore (WFO)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to leverage their language skills and provide top-notch support to clients.

Apart from the above mentioned responsibilities, the selected candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.

Qualifications and experience:

  • B1 certificate in Spanish/Italian
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
