Backend Software Engineer

At a leading tech firm, we are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to play a key role in designing and developing large-scale software solutions.

About the Role

The Software Development domain encompasses the design, development, deployment, management, and maintenance of software applications that support business operations and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs, implements, and tests software components according to organizational standards and best practices
  • Contributes to improving product quality and craftsmanship through continuous learning and skill enhancement
  • Identifies and resolves technical issues, prescribing corrective actions to mitigate problems
  • Leads the implementation of complex software features within existing systems and designs self-contained systems
  • Mentors team members in adopting techniques to enhance system reliability, resilience, security, and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent experience/training
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale software solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience/training
  • Relevant industry experience
