Key Responsibilities- Making 100-150 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.

- Achieving 5-10 sales closures per day.
- Providing product information, handling inquiries, and processing orders/returns.
- Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system.
- Meeting sales quotas and documenting sales information for tracking.
- Hands-on experience in sales strategy and lead generation.
- Exposure to AI-driven products for the healthcare industry.
- Training on CRM systems (Zoho CRM) and client communication.
- Mentorship from experienced sales professionals.
- Potential opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas, preferably through phone sales.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to learn and explain complex products/services.
- Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Academic performance of 60% or higher is a plus.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a plus.
