Senior Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and maintenance of strong client relationships in the technology and IT staffing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT environments.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing existing client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to clients' technical staffing needs. This role is critical in driving growth across local and national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships within the Technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
  • Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback effectively to drive continuous improvement and excellence in client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
