Job Opportunity

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) technologies, with a focus on Prisma SD-WAN.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues, utilizing tools such as Lucidchart and Visio to create detailed diagrams.
  • Collaborate with regional carriers to deliver services and resolve network-related problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with ITIL processes and adhere to change management best practices.
  • Proactively monitor network solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of new networking technologies and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve business performance and execution issues through process and data analysis.
  • Escalate issues to team leads for support and resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Cisco networking products, including the Catalyst 9300 Series switches.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama and GlobalProtect client VPN.
