Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure Cleanliness and Comfort: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort in all guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Key Management: Safeguard master keys and maintain accurate records of key usage.
• Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including responding to guest messages, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Housekeeping Operations: Coordinate housekeeping activities, including room preparation, linen management, and equipment maintenance.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing hotel needs and priorities.

Requirements:
