About the Role

This position will focus on tracking follow-up and processing EDI enrollment agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be willing to work in a night shift environment.

  • Process EDI enrollment agreements with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and insurance payers via phone, email, and support center.
  • Complete enrollment administrative tasks within the eMEDIX enrollment tool.
  • Attend meetings and professional development training sessions.
  • Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from your respective department.
  • Perform research and analysis as needed to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working in EDI or payer enrollment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
