Job Role:

  • Track follow-up and process EDI enrollment agreements. This will be your primary focus.
  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients and insurance payers via our support & training center.
  • Complete enrollment admin tasks within the eMEDIX enrollment tool.
  • Attend meetings and professional development training.
  • Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from your respective department.
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis as needed.
  • Adhere to deadlines, assigned metrics, and SLAs.
  • Understand and live our values.

Profile Qualification:

  • Prior experience working in EDI or payer enrollment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to work in night shift.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with EDI standards and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
