We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Professional to manage the procurement and inventory of raw materials and essential supplies for our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing all necessary raw materials and supplies.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure seamless production.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and price fluctuations.
  • Analyzing procurement data, forecasting demand, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards for all sourced materials.
  • Collaborating with the production and finance teams to align procurement with business objectives.
  • Monitoring and improving supply chain processes for efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, sourcing, and procurement practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
