Job Title : Support Specialist

About the Role

  • We are seeking a talented and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role involves supporting students and parents throughout their educational journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to address concerns and refund requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will also manage escalations across chat, call, and email channels to maintain a positive parent and student experience.
  • In addition, you will mentor students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, and Academy, is crucial in resolving customer issues within stipulated timelines.
  • You will take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift and effective execution.

About You

  • Candidates with minimum to 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
  • An empathetic and solution-oriented approach, combined with comfort working in a fast-paced environment, is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams is a must.
  • A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed is necessary for this role.
