Job Title: Operations Associate

This role involves engaging with inbound leads, guiding them through the booking process, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will work closely with marketing and supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with inbound leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process.
