About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to spearhead our microservices initiatives in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java and backend database technologies, with experience in designing and developing robust solutions, and a proven track record of managing teams on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide architectural direction, technical expertise, and thought leadership to design, implement, and manage product delivery.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies.
  • Experience in working on data migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Expertise in writing complex database queries, functions, and stored procedures in Oracle, leveraging its capabilities to optimize performance.
  • Set and implement Java/Oracle (PL/SQL) development standards for the program and other development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Review work of other developers, providing constructive feedback to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Create technical documents for Java developments using Visio, PowerPoint, and other MS Office packages, effectively communicating complex ideas.
  • Analyze malfunctioning code and rectify it with the development team, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage tasks and deadlines for Java developer teams both onsite and offshore, maintaining a delicate balance between competing priorities.
  • Participate in Scrum Sprints as the Java Technical Lead, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate key technical issues, risks, and challenges effectively.
  • Effectively manage a team of developers without any escalations, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility of any development tasks and own it until it materializes, demonstrating accountability.
  • Lead defect review meetings with business team leads and prioritize development tasks around project milestones, driving results-oriented decision-making.
