Job Title: EV Real Estate Contract Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Real Estate Contract Administrator. As a key member of our business, you will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth of our EV charging network.



Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare lease and land contract exhibits for transaction managers, legal counsel, landlords, and property owners.
  • Track critical dates and ensure all legal obligations are met.
  • Review land surveys and resolve title exceptions.
  • Coordinate environmental testing and baseline reporting.
  • Manage land closings and possession transfers.
  • Oversee security deposits, counter party due diligence, and set up rent payments in SAP.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience with a corporate real estate department, real estate developer, or law firm.
  • Familiarity with terms of real estate leases or contracts, and general forms of legal documentation.
  • Technically proficient with account management systems such as SAP, Saleforce.com, and SiteTracker.
  • Critical eye for detail and proactive in taking action on critical dates.
  • Strong communicator and comfortable in a fast-paced environment working with colleagues in remote geographies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
