About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and testing of high-quality code in SAP Commerce.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality code on time within project teams. You will also need to communicate project progress and milestones clearly to stakeholders and estimate delivery timescales accurately.

  • Solving complex problems using provided tools or suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Creating robust solutions with provided tools or suggesting alternatives.
  • Deputizing for senior/lead developers and taking on small technical discussions.
  • Mentoring junior developers.

This role requires a motivated individual with extensive experience in Hybris development (ideally 2211+), proficiency in Java programming language (Java21+), and familiarity with data structures, web technologies, object-oriented software design patterns, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Spring and front-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with JVM-based languages like Groovy, Scala, and Clojure.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy and Python.
  • Experience with webservice technologies like SOAP, REST, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of relational database platforms like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL database platforms like Cassandra and MongoDB.
  • Experience with message queuing systems like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
