Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and e-commerce enthusiast to manage, optimize, and maintain product catalogs across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate product listings, seamless catalog uploads, and compliance with platform requirements to drive discoverability, conversion, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create, manage, and update product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.), Quick-commerce channels like Blinkit, Instamart, etc & D2C website.

* Ensure product data accuracy, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, specifications, and pricing.

* Upload and manage bulk catalogs using templates, ensuring compliance with platform standards.

* Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressions, or discrepancies across marketplaces.

* Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) for content, pricing, and inventory updates.

* Optimize product listings for SEO, keyword relevance, and enhanced customer experience.

* Manage EAN/UPC codes, product categorization, and variations (size, color, etc.).

* Track catalog performance and share insights for improving visibility and conversion.

* Ensure timely replenishment alerts by tracking stock status on marketplaces.

* Collaborate with account managers and marketplace POCs for smoother catalog operations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

* 0-2 year of experience in catalog management, preferably in e-commerce/marketplaces.

* Working knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) & Quick-commerce channels like Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc will be an advantage.

* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with catalog templates and bulk uploads.

* Familiarity with product listing optimization, SEO, and keyword tools.

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Good communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with catalog management tools.

* Understanding of image and content guidelines across marketplaces.
