Job Opportunity

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality OPD services and first aid medical services to patients in a timely manner.
  • Conduct minor medical procedures at the healthcare facility, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with referral hospitals and institutions to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients.
  • Procure regular medicine, emergency drugs, and medical equipment while following SOP guidelines.
  • Regularly review medicine stock, medical equipment, and reconcile any discrepancies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise medical records documentation, first aid box maintenance, and ambulance condition to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Oversee the supervision of medical staff, ambulance drivers, and conduct regular training sessions for the medical team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide first aid training to security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and other volunteers to equip them with essential lifesaving skills.
  • Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation events to promote public health and well-being.
  • Ensure adherence to all SRM university policies and uphold their implementation across the organization.

Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management
