Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineering Professional to spearhead our MEP/CIVIL projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager to take on the role of lead engineer, overseeing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage all activities related to planning, designing, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of MEP/CIVIL projects.
  • To understand, collect, and deliver clients' MEP/CIVIL requirements effectively.
  • To assist the contract manager in MEP/CIVIL-related procurement and VO management.
  • To support the construction manager in MEP/CIVIL-related installation, site inspection, and contractor management.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in MEP/CIVIL engineering or a related field with five years of combined educational and work experience.
  2. Extensive experience in construction site management and a strong understanding of development management including financial appraisal, risk management, negotiation, etc.
  3. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical engineering, and BMS systems.
  4. Familiarity with security systems, AV systems, and IT systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a project manager or senior engineer in MEP/CIVIL projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
