We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users and address their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform/module
  • Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB, Agent Workspace, and Virtual Assistant
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
