Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of our Mobile Banking project.

  • The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 4 years of exposure to mobile banking and internet banking projects/programs.
  • They should also possess good knowledge of project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms.
  • Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies is essential.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience as a Project Manager, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud and microservices-based projects is a plus.
  • PMP /Scrum/Prince 2 certifications are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Arrange and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
