Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Management of financial risks and report on these risks to senior colleagues
- Development and maintenance of a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Development and implementation of up-to-date financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective financial practices across the organization
- Management of financial systems and software applications, including collaboration with IT colleagues to integrate financial systems with other enterprise systems
- Complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, both internal and external, to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Communication of complex information, including sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or audience
- Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes
This position requires a deep understanding of financial operations and the ability to develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
