Process Improvement Lead

The Operations Manager-GIS is a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, ensuring daily activities are completed efficiently.
- Manage a team of 200+ analysts to achieve daily goals and objectives.
- Engage with customers to resolve escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to drive improvement using technology and performance metrics.
- Plan, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain proficiency in Work-force management applications, Quality tools, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with various standards at the process level.
Requirements:
- Superior Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Planning and Organization: Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Work-force management applications, Quality tools, and technologies.
