Job Title: Digital Marketing Platform Support Specialist

  We are seeking an experienced professional to support and maintain our customers’ digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development, system integration, and technical project management.



Responsibilities
  • Handle tickets in production environment with high priority and urgency
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement permanent fixes
  • Monitor workflows and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Coordinate system-related activities between users and multiple technical teams
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of application servers and coordination with database administrators


Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in supporting and developing digital marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of different platform modules, such as message centers, content managers, and FDA
  • Experience with programming languages like HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Ability to integrate platforms with other systems and basic knowledge of Unix
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to travel if required
