Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for technical support procedures.
  • System Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Monitor system access and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication setup.
  • Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data.
  • Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Respond to IT security incidents and escalate as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones.
