Job Opportunity:

Tower Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tower Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cases and requests from Stores and Customer Care Centre via emails, maintaining quality and turnaround time while meeting throughput.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to process Manual payouts, understand Sold-to and ship-to parties, and create Sales Orders.

  • Handle cases and requests from Stores and Customer Care Centre via emails, maintaining quality and turnaround time while meeting throughput.
  • Process Manual pay out, understanding Sold-to and ship-to parties, and create Sales Orders.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers to cancel Purchase Orders and fix exceptions.
  • Daily handle queries from CCC and stakeholders within the Nordics.
  • Coordinate product flow between transporters, customer service, stores, hubs, and warehouses to meet team goals and KPIs.
  • Manage warehouse inventories and returns to stores.
  • Communicate daily via email with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain - CT & EPOQ Track

You will be responsible for managing the supply chain, including coordinating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, and resolving exceptions.

  • Coordinate with Suppliers to cancel Purchase Orders and fix exceptions.
  • Daily handle queries from CCC and stakeholders within the Nordics.
  • Coordinate product flow between transporters, customer service, stores, hubs, and warehouses to meet team goals and KPIs.
  • Manage warehouse inventories and returns to stores.
  • Communicate daily via email with all parties involved.

Additional Responsibilities:

After Sales Claim Administration

You will be responsible for processing claims and tickets, dealing with suppliers, and handling credit notes.

  • Process claims and tickets, deal with suppliers, and handle credit notes.
  • Follow up on credit notes, book credit notes, and match RFC to credits.
  • Categorize items for refund and process refunds.
  • Deal with damaged products and provide refunds.
  • Work with SAP and have excellent English communication skills.
